Yoga improves flexibility, strength, posture, and reduces stress. It does all those things when we are expecting, and more.
It helps with aches and pains, sciatica, lower back pain, tightness, stress and tension. By decreasing stress, increasing strength,
flexibility, circulation and breathing deep we are not only doing something that is good for us but we are also doing something good for our babies. We are creating a sacred, peaceful, healthy space for our babies to grow and be nourished. The tools that you learn in this class will help you througout pregnancy and labor and will help you with the journey on to motherhood.

- My prenatal yoga classes are for all levels, no previous yoga experience required.
- We focus on stress reduction, breathing techniques, stretching and releasing aches and pains associated with pregnancy.
-Unless your doctor has told you otherwise, you can begin and practice prenatal yoga throughout all trimesters.
- No pre-registration required, just arrive to class 10 minutes early. Bring water and wear something comfortable.
- Yoga mats are provided by the studio at no cost.
-Prenatal Yoga is also a great way for postnatal moms to ease back into exercise.
- Dads are always welcome in our prenatal yoga classes!
